Refund policy

We hope you adore your candle, but if it’s not quite right, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return:

Please email us at info@avye.co.uk with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll do the rest.

Return conditions:

Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

The buyer is responsible for return postage, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect, in which case, we’ll replace it or offer a full refund.

Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected.

Refunds will be sent to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

If your candle arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we’ll make it right.
