Large orders may arrive in more than one parcel to ensure your candles reach you safely and in perfect condition.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you adore your candle, but if it’s not quite right, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return:
Please email us at info@avye.co.uk with your order number and reason for return, and
we’ll do the rest.
Return conditions:
Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
The buyer is responsible for return postage, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect, in which case, we’ll replace it or offer a full refund.
Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected.
Refunds will be sent to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
If your candle arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a
photo of the damage, and we’ll make it right.

What are your candles made from?
All of our candles are hand-poured using
100% natural soy wax. They’re free from toxins, parabens, and phthalates —
designed to burn cleanly and beautifully.
We choose soy wax because it’s a natural,
renewable alternative to paraffin. It produces less soot, burns longer, and
holds fragrance beautifully — a gentle, eco-friendly choice that’s kind to both
your home and the earth.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, always. Every candle is 100% vegan and
cruelty-free. We never use animal derived ingredients or test on animals.
How long do your candles burn for?
Our candles have an average burn time of
35–40 hours when burned in a calm, draft-free environment.

Can I return or exchange my order?

What should I do if my candle arrives damaged?
If your candle arrives damaged, please email
us at info@avye.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including a photo of the
damage, and we’ll sort it out right away.
Why is my candle flame low or small?
A short or low flame is usually completely
normal. It can happen if the wick was trimmed a bit too short, has a small
carbon build-up, or if the wax pool is cooler (especially early in the burn).
As your candle warms up and the melt pool evens out, the flame should naturally
grow stronger again.
